Lockett v. Allen CA2/7
INTRODUCTION Justin Allen appeals from a five-year restraining order issued under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act (Fam. Code, § 6200 et seq.) (DVPA).1 Because substantial evidence supported the trial court’s factual findings, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in issuing the restraining order. Therefore, we affirm.
