FIRST APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION FOUR

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

SHANNON LEE WHITE,

Defendant and Appellant.

A108612

(Napa County Super.

Ct. Nos. CR110388, CR113697)

Shannon Lee White appeals from a judgment upon a jury verdict in case No. 110388 finding him guilty of robbery (Pen. Code,[1] § 211), and that he suffered two prior strike convictions within the meaning of sections 667, subdivisions (b)-(i) and 1170.12, subdivisions (a)-(d). He further appeals from a judgment upon his plea of no contest in case No. 113697 to solicitation of murder (§ 653f, subd. (b)) and his admission that he suffered two prior strike convictions and one prior serious felony conviction. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence because he was unlawfully detained. He also argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his Romero[2] motion to dismiss his prior strike convictions.
