Finau Dominc Takapu appeals the denial of his motion to reduce his sentence nunc pro tunc to 364 days, or alternatively to withdraw his plea of no contest to battery resulting in serious bodily injury, and his admission that the offense was a serious felony involving infliction of great bodily injury or personal use of a firearm (Pen. Code, §§ 243, subd. (d); 1192.7, subd. (c)(8)).[1] He contends entry of his plea was not knowing or voluntary, the advisement regarding immigration consequences under section 1016.5[2] was â€
