A jury found defendant Juan Alejandro Ramirez guilty of 18 of counts of lewd or lascivious acts upon or with a child who was under the age of 14 years, by use of “force, violence, duress, menace, or fear of immediate and unlawful bodily injury on the victim or another person,” under Penal Code section 288, subdivision (b)(1). The jury also found true all three alleged factors in aggravation under California Rules of Court, rule 4.421(a)
