P. v. Autman CA4/1
We reject Autman’s assertion that insufficient evidence supported the convictions. However, we agree with Autman and the Attorney General that the electronic search condition is overbroad and remand for the trial court to modify the condition to more closely meet the rehabilitative goal of preventing Autman from engaging in fraudulent car purchases and sales.
