P. v. Heinzel CA4/1
Katherine Heinzel appeals from an order denying her Penal Code1 section 1203.4b petition for expungement of a conviction for gross vehicular manslaughter and related crimes. She contends that (1) the trial court erred by ruling that the victims had a right to testify at the expungement hearing, and (2) the court abused its discretion by failing to consider her evidence or meaningfully apply the expungement statute. We affirm the order.
