Doris Jean Hidey sued Gregory Mech and The Caprock Group, LLC (Caprock) for multiple causes of action relating to allegedly improper management fees charged on her investment account with Caprock. Defendants moved to compel arbitration based on the arbitration provision in the investment advisor agreement (the agreement) that Hidey signed when she retained Caprock’s services.
