P. v. Quillar CA4/1
In 1985, Lee Quillar, then 17 years old, was charged in the Superior Court with multiple felonies. He pleaded guilty to grand theft from the person (former Pen. Code, § 487.2) and assault with a deadly weapon (§ 245, subd. (a)(1)). Quillar was sentenced to prison for four years eight months.
