* * * Victor Erick Carrillo appeals the sentence imposed on his convictions for attempted murder and related offenses in connection with a drive-by assault on a bicyclist in Santa Ana. Because of his age at the time of the offense, the trial court stayed the 20-year firearm enhancement to be imposed under Penal Code1 section 12022.53, subdivision (c), and instead imposed a 10-year enhancement under section 12022.5, subdivision (a).
