-ooOoo- INTRODUCTION Defendant Susan Diane Clevenger appeals from a judgment entered after recall and resentencing pursuant to Penal Code section 1172.6.1 She contends the court abused its discretion under section 1385 in declining to strike a sentencing allegation and sentencing her to a term of life without the possibility of parole because this sentence was not in the interests of justice. We affirm.
