Bagdasaryan v. Valian CA2/4
Plaintiffs Ara Bagdasaryan and Siranush Zohrabyan sued defendants Naira Valian and A&D Consulting Group, Inc. (A&D) for claims arising from transactions involving plaintiffs’ residential property. Plaintiffs appeal the judgment entered after defendants successfully demurred to all causes of action. We reverse the judgment as to the first, second, fourth, and eighth causes of action and remand for further proceedings on those claims.
