P. v. Rhodes CA2/2
Ray Anthony Rhodes appeals the trial court’s order resentencing him pursuant to Penal Code section 1172.75.1 He argues the court abused its discretion in refusing to dismiss two prior serious felony enhancements and reimposing an upper term sentence on one of the counts. We affirm but order the trial court to correct a clerical error in the abstract of judgment.
