P. v. Rose CA3
Defendant Dawn Lynette Rose pled guilty to carjacking, kidnapping, assault, and driving under the influence. On appeal, Rose contends the trial court abused its discretion by exercising its residual discretion to deny mental health diversion because the court’s reasons were inconsistent with the statutory goals of diversion and it misapplied the statute. We will affirm.
