P. v. Navarro CA3
Appointed counsel for defendant Celina Lynn Navarro asked this court to independently review the record to determine whether there are any arguable issues on appeal. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) After reviewing the record, we will modify the judgment to vacate certain ancillary costs imposed and stayed despite Navarro’s inability to pay. As modified, the judgment is affirmed.
