Defendant Andre Chevill Wilson shot at Brandon R. and Robert K. as they drove to work on the morning of February 10, 2022. Law enforcement officers found unfired and spent shell casings and a Glock 22 pistol with a loaded drum magazine attached inside of defendant’s car that he had abandoned after the shooting.
