P. v. Kern CA3
Appointed counsel for defendant Joseph Jason Kern asked this court to independently review the record to determine whether there are any arguable issues on appeal. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) Having done so, we shall modify the judgment to dismiss defendant’s misdemeanor conviction as contemplated by the parties’ plea agreement and affirm the judgment as modified.
