Su Casa Properties v. Grieco CA4/1
Molly Chen Grieco appeals from a judgment entered after the trial court confirmed an arbitration award against her and in favor of Su Casa Properties, L.P. (hereafter, Su Casa). Grieco asks us to reverse the judgment on the basis that she purportedly did not receive notice of the underlying arbitration proceedings. We reject Grieco’s claim of error and affirm the judgment.
