T.R. (Father) appeals from the juvenile court’s jurisdictional order and dispositional order removing his son T.R. (Minor) from his custody. Noncustodial parent L.R. (Mother) appeals from the court’s dispositional order denying placement of Minor with her and the court’s finding that active efforts were made to prevent the breakup of the Indian family as required under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA; 25 U.S.C. § 1901 et seq.
