After reviewing this appeal pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 (Wende), we affirm. Statutory citations are to the Penal Code. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department received a 911 call from a man named Keith who said a man and a woman were asleep in a car parked outside Keith’s house.
