I. INTRODUCTION A surety, Bankers Insurance Company, and its bail agent, Avengers Bail Bonds (collectively, the surety), appeal from a trial court’s judgment in the amount of $11,181.95, representing the costs of extraditing the criminal defendant (the defendant) for whom the surety had posted a bail bond. We affirm.
