In re Jonathan R. CA4/1
Appellant Jonathan R. was with O.C. and E.A. on a college campus when E.A. fired a gun at two other minors, striking one victim twice. The juvenile court found true the allegations that Jonathan aided and abetted two attempted murders with a firearm, unlawfully possessed ammunition and firearms on a school campus, and was a minor in possession of a firearm and ammunition. In a bifurcated hearing, the court found true a gang enhancement.
