-ooOoo- Defendant Randy Ausborn was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender upon release from incarceration, and failing to register as a transient upon release from incarceration. On appeal, he contends the trial court erred by declining to instruct the jury on the defense of entrapment. We affirm.
