A jury convicted appellant Ali Nassar Abulaban of two counts of first degree murder (Pen. Code,1 § 187, subd. (a); counts 1 and 2) after he shot and killed his wife Ana Abulaban (Ana)2 and her new love interest Rayburn Barron.
