Appellant Jophe Jones (Jones) appeals from a portion of a judgment after a bench trial that was entered in favor of her sister Julia Riva (Riva) and Four Jays Music Company (Four Jays) in this action concerning the rights to songs composed by Harry Warren. Shortly after judgment was entered, Riva passed away. We conclude Jones’s motion to substitute the executor of Riva’s estate as a respondent on appeal must be denied for failure
