I. INTRODUCTION Defendant Tyrone Ramsey appeals from the trial court’s judgment on resentencing under Penal Code section 1172.75,1 arguing the court abused its discretion when it denied his motion under People v. Romero (Romero) (1996) 13 Cal.4th 497 (Romero motion) to dismiss his prior strike convictions. We affirm.
