Over 15 years ago, Jason Harley Moore’s infant daughter, Charlotte, sustained fatal head injuries while in his care. He claimed Charlotte fell off a bed while he was in the shower, but doctors suspected abuse. Moore was charged with one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury on a child resulting in death pursuant to Penal Code section 273ab.
