We will order the abstract of judgment corrected. We otherwise affirm the judgment of conviction. On April 13, 2021, the Stanislaus County District Attorney charged Arguello and Ruben Anthony Rosales by information with the following: the first degree murder of Jace Decker (§ 187, subd. (a)), with a criminal street gang enhancement and two special circumstance allegations (§ 190.2, subd. (a)(18), (22)); second degree robbery (§ 211)
