Defendant and appellant Shyola Miesha Bryant (defendant) appeals from the denial of her request for pretrial mental health diversion pursuant to Penal Code1 section 1001.36. Defendant contends the court abused its discretion and its “public safety finding lacks substantial evidence.” Because the record discloses no error, we affirm.
