No. 05001200815) Robert James Ortiz seeks to appeal from the trial court’s denial of his invitation to recall his sentence and resentence him pursuant to Penal Code section 1172.1, subdivision (a)(1)1, which authorizes the court to initiate a resentencing proceeding on its own motion. Because the trial court’s denial is not an appealable order in the circumstances here, we dismiss the appeal.
