In re C.O. CA4/3
C.O. was convicted in 2016 of the murder of John Doe. After a change in the law, C.O.’s case was transferred to the juvenile court in 2024, and following a restitution hearing, the court ordered C.O. to pay $11,400 in restitution to John Doe’s mother. C.O. appeals from the restitution order. He argues the court abused its discretion because the only evidence presented at the restitution hearing was oral testimony from John Doe’s mother
