P. v. Oliver CA5
-ooOoo- Defendant and appellant James Anthony Oliver, Jr., (appellant) was found guilty by a jury of shooting at an occupied motor vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm; the jury also found true a gang firearm enhancement and a street terrorism enhancement. Appellant now appeals, asserting: (I) his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to raise a claim of self-defense; and (II) the court misapprehended its sentencing
