Anthony Lamont Hill challenges the superior court’s order denying his pre-trial petition for mental health diversion under Penal Code section 1001.36.1 In denying the petition, the trial court stated the law compelled it to find Hill poses an unreasonable risk of danger to public safety if treated in the community because of the seriousness of the charged offenses.
