INTRODUCTION Appellant Frank Cockrell appeals from the judgment of dismissal entered in his civil action after the trial court sustained a demurrer to the second amended complaint without leave to amend. Cockrell’s failure to provide cogent, reasoned argument with adequate references to the record and supporting legal authority results in a waiver of his contentions on appeal. We affirm.
