In re J.C. CA5
-ooOoo- Defendant J.C. appeals from a decision transferring his murder case from juvenile court to adult criminal court. J.C. asserts the trial court lacked substantial evidence to support its decision to transfer the case. We disagree. The record in this case contains substantial evidence to support the court’s analysis of the transfer criteria. We therefore affirm the lower court’s decision.
