Plaintiff Internet Connectivity Group, Inc. (ICG) appeals from a judgment entered in favor of defendants Douglas Manchester (Manchester), Manchester Financial Group, L.P. (MFG), and Cloverleaf Media, LLC (CM and, together with Manchester and MFG, the Manchester Defendants) on ICG’s seventh amended complaint. On appeal, ICG argues the trial court erred in instructing the jury and by denying its motion for a directed verdict.
