‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗ The trial court resentenced Roberto Herrera under Penal Code section 1172.75.1 On appeal, Herrera contends the trial court abused its discretion by failing to consider the length of his sentence and future dangerousness in determining that the dismissal of a firearm enhancement would endanger public safety. We find no abuse of discretion and affirm as to count 1.
