P v. Gordon CA1/5
Terry Gordon (appellant) appeals from his convictions for two counts of assaulting a peace officer. We reject his various claims and affirm. In June 2024, a jury convicted appellant of two counts of assaulting a peace officer (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (c)),1 and found true allegations of eight prior convictions. The trial court sentenced appellant to 9 years 116 days in prison.
