-ooOoo- * Before Franson, Acting P. J., DeSantos, J. and Harrell, J. Defendant and appellant Sandeep Singh Minhas,1 in propria persona, filed a notice of appeal purporting to challenge the trial court’s order denying his motion to quash service of summons. We conclude the order is not appealable and decline to exercise our discretion to treat the appeal as a petition for writ of mandate. We therefore dismiss the appeal.
