P. v. Lewis CA3
Appointed counsel for defendant Derrick Lamont Lewis asked this court to conduct an independent review of the record to determine whether there are any arguable issues on appeal. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) Based on our review of the record, we modify the judgment to vacate the booking fee imposed pursuant to former Government Code section 29550.2 and otherwise affirm the judgment as modified.
