Lin v. Seafood Village CA2/4
INTRODUCTION Appellant Ye Lin fell as she stepped off the sidewalk in front of a restaurant operated by respondent Seafood Village, Inc. (Seafood Village). Lin sued Seafood Village for negligence and premises liability. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Seafood Village, finding the place where Lin fell was a “common area” over which Seafood Village had no control. We affirm.
