I. INTRODUCTION Defendant Girard Saenz appealed from the trial court’s order denying his motion to suppress evidence under Penal Code section 1538.51, and his appointed counsel on appeal filed a brief pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 (Wende). Based on our review of the record, we affirm.
