The Attorney General argues this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal because the trial court lacked an independent basis to correct the illegal sentences. Alternatively, the Attorney General argues the denial of full resentencing is harmless because the trial court stated it would impose the same sentence in a full resentencing. As discussed below, we conclude any resentencing error was harmless, and thus affirm.
