P. v. Nyambi CA1/2
This is an appeal from a jury conviction finding defendant Tita Nyambi guilty of three drug possession crimes. Defendant’s sole contention on appeal is that the trial court erred in denying his objection to the prosecutor’s peremptory challenge of a prospective juror under Code of Civil Procedure1 section 231.7. We disagree and therefore affirm the judgment.
