* * * The beneficiaries of a trust sued Pacific Life Insurance Company asserting a claim for breach of fiduciary duty and civil conspiracy and seeking rescission with respect to Pacific Life’s underwriting of an indexed universal life insurance policy owned by the trust. The trial court granted Pacific Life’s motion for summary judgment. For the reasons we explain, we affirm.
