P. v. Aguon CA4/1
In 2012, a jury convicted Michael J. Aguon of first degree murder (Pen. Code,1 § 187). The jury also found the offense was committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang (§ 186.22, subd. (b)(1) and that Aguon personally discharged a firearm causing death (§ 12022.53, subds. (d) and (e)(1).)
