I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Alfredo Garcia appeals from an order granting a motion to quash a writ of execution filed by defendant Buena Creek Properties, L.P. (Buena Creek), the judgment debtor. According to plaintiff, the trial court erred by concluding that the assignee of plaintiff’s judgment, a suspended corporation, lacked the capacity to reassign the judgment to plaintiff for collection. We affirm.
