P. v. Burton CA2/7
In 1991 a jury convicted Jerry Arias Burton of murder and five counts of attempted murder committed when he was 16 years old, and the trial court sentenced him to 30 years to life plus two consecutive life terms. On appeal, we modified the sentence to reflect that Burton was entitled to eight additional days of custody credits, affirmed the judgment as modified, and directed the trial court “to amend the abstract of judgment accordingly
