JL Financing v. Sanchez CA2/5
I. INTRODUCTION JL Financing, LLC (JL Financing), a sold-out junior lienor1, sued Charles L. Sanchez, Jr. (Sanchez), for breaching a promissory note. Following a bench trial, the court concluded that Code of Civil Procedure section 580d2 applied to bar recovery of a personal judgment against Sanchez. We affirm.
