Roushanzamir v. Hopkins CA4/2
In November 2024, the trial court imposed discovery sanctions of $5,787.50 against plaintiff and appellant Ali Roushanzamir, payable to defendant and respondent Deanna Hopkins. Roushanzamir, representing himself on appeal as he did in the trial court, asks that we vacate the sanctions order, which he views as “unlawful and arbitrary.” We affirm.
