P. v. Gonzalez CA2/2
Defendant and appellant Marlon Gonzalez (defendant) appeals from the superior court’s order denying his petition for resentencing pursuant to Penal Code1 section 1172.6. The court appointed counsel for defendant and, after briefing, denied the petition at the prima facie stage on the ground defendant was ineligible for relief as a matter of law. We find no error and affirm the order.
